The doctor has a lot of charm to those who pay him; not much charm for anybody else. Whatever you do, do NOT let your older family members or young folk go in this office by themselves. This place will take advantage for their inexperience. Which happened to me! This doctor ended up yelling at us for not understanding how on the first visit he charged us $500 for something he couldn't properly explain. Yes, the Doctor. We got our money back after the fact, but regardless make sure you are on your P's and Q's working with these people. They're very unprofessional and will prioritize money over you as a person

Today Dr. Charles pulled my last wisdom tooth out. He was AMAZING! He explained everything to me and never once seemed annoyed by my endless fear driven questions. I would HIGHLY recommend him!

I miss my smile; hiding my teeth for now I've become practically wheelchair bound due to an accident at the age of 22; now at 53 I'm in need of 4 surgeries with 2 being repeats. I'm in constant pain & sad more than I am happy; therefore, getting dressed & out takes great effort & mental preparedness on my behalf. Thanks to Dr Charles & his understanding staff, I'm motivated to getting necessary oral treatment I've been avoiding due too unpleasant prior experiences with other dentists. I thank Jehovah that for the first time in my life, I enjoy my dental appointments because they are at Dr Charles office. Dr Charles & his staff are very caring, patient, & extremely professional with a warm welcoming beautiful atmosphere at all 3 of his locations. Sometimes I arrived during their most busiest hours & yet the wait times are short & the staff are still just as compassionate with cheerful demeanors. This means so much to me because I hate using my wheelchair; I don't want to be a burden. Dr Charles staff is just absolutely wonderful. They make special accommodations with his approval for my treatments to be completed with as little transferring as possible; treatments are done some

I had a great experience with Profiles Oral & Facial Surgery. I had 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Charles did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable. The whole process was very easy and I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend him!! :)

I had two wisdom teeth come through on my left side of mouth and with my top wisdom tooth came a gum infection. It spread from my gum down the inside of my cheek. I needed my wisdom teeth out immediately. Dr. Charles' office was able to make an appointment for me within two days and I was able to get out of the office within the hour. I had absolutely no pain and I didn't swell up. It was such a fast and smooth surgery and I'm glad I had Dr. Charles to do it.
